(8-7-25) Jonathan Fugatt (52) of St. Marys was booked today by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 5th degree felony of theft without consent. On Wednesday he was booked in Auglaize County on theft, he was transported today to Mercer County. Over the years Fugatt has had multiple arrests on various charges.

He is presently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

Bryce Marley (24) of St. Marys was booked by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 5th degree felony of vandalism. He was indicted on that charge on July 24th.

He is presently being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center. His initial Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing is scheduled for tomorrow (8-8-25) at 1pm.
