Napier-Caldwell and Allen

(8-6-25) Two inmates were booked today one by the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office and one by the Van Wert Police Department.

  • Ruth Napier-Caldwell (33) of Van Wert was booked on a counterfeiting charge.
  • Carlton Allen (54) of Van Wert was booked on two charges…criminal trespass and menacing.

Both are being held in the Van Wert County Jail.
