
(8-4-25) Celina Police arrested WIlliam Ray Fetters (51) of Celina on Saturday. He was charged with a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs.
Fetters was being held without bond in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center pending an initial appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
In Ohio, a fifth-degree felony (F5) for drug possession is a serious charge, even though it’s the lowest level of felony offense in the state. It can result in significant penalties and have lasting consequences on an individual’s life.
