(8-4-25) Stephen Johnny (24) was arrested today by the Celina Police Department on a 4th degree misdemeanor of disorderly conduct persistent.
He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on a $500 (10%) bond awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
