(7-31-25) Three recent arrests in Mercer County.

Krogman, Densel and Marks

Kaleb Krogman (19) of Celina was arrested by the Celina Police Department on a 4th degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct fighting or threatening

Krogman was arrested in Allen County in June on simple assault charges and aggravated burglary, inflict harm

Roy Densel (50) of Van Wert was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department on two 5th degree felony of possession of drugs, obtain, possess or use counts

4th degree misdemeanor illegal use or use of drug paraphernalia

In December of 2024 Densel was arrested in Van Wert County on aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony. In March he was sentenced to three years of community control, and 30 days in jail at a later date for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth degree felony. He is to possess no alcohol or drugs without a prescription, undero random screens, mental health and substance abuse assessment and treatment, and must pay partial appointed counsel fees, monthly probation fees and court costs.

Vincent Marks (35) of Muhlenberg County, KY was arrested by the St. Henry Police Department on a 4th degree misdemeanor of criminal trespass, fail to leave negligently

4th degree misdemeanor of menacing, believe will cause physical harm

2nd degree misdemeanor of criminal damaging, endangering

3rd degree misdemeanor criminal mischief, move, disgrace, tamper etc property of other

1st degree misdemeanor of assault knowingly harm victim.

All were being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting a court hearing.
