(7-26-25) Robert Beer (55) was arrested last night by the Celina Police Department.
1st degree misdemeanor DUI, 1st degree misdemeanor failure to comply with order or signal of Police officer and 1st degree misdemeanor OVI-refusal with prior conviction.
Beer is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court Hearing.
There are currently 65 inmates being housed.
