(7-24-25) On July 23, 2025, Darke County Road Deputies arrested two adult males and two juvenile males in the recent stop signs thefts. Dylan Hemmelgarn (18) of New Weston and Jeremiah Wagner (18) of Versailles were arrested on a 5th degree felony theft charge. Two juvenile males (no names released) were arrested for theft and taken to West Central Juvenile Detention Center in Miami County.
Hemmelgarn and Wagner are presently in the Darke County Jail.
The Darke County Sheriff’s Office thanks local residents for their tips and cooperation, which played a key role in resolving the investigation.
