Berne, Ind. — First Bank of Berne is delighted to share that Karley Walker has joined its growing team of Agribusiness Bankers. Karley has been involved in the ag industry for over a decade, and holds a B.S. degree in Agribusiness Marketing and Communications from Huntington University in Huntington, IN. In addition to the knowledge and hands-on farming experience she brings to her new role, she is thrilled to play an active part in seeing area agribusinesses thrive.

Karley is a graduate of Bellmont High School, where she was honored as a Farm Credit Mid-America Scholar and served as an Adams County Royal 4-H Ambassador. Her dedication to serving as a leader in the local farming community continued in college. Here, she was elected Collegiate Farm Bureau President and also served as a Campus Ambassador for the Agriculture Future of America (AFA).

She currently resides in Piqua, Ohio with her husband, Bryan, a fifth-generation farmer, and their daughter, Maren and son, Clayton. In her free time, Karley enjoys spending time working with her family on their farm, where they raise both livestock and crops.
