(7-21-25) Kyle Poplaski (33) was arrested today by the Celina Police Department on a 2nd degree misdemeanor of resisting arrest, resist or interfere and a 2nd degree misdemeanor obstructing official business.

He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
