(7-19-25) Barry Fennig was recognized for 50 years of service to the Mercer County community as a Firefighter and EMT.
Barry began his service with Celina Fire Department in 1975, he also served on the Chattanooga Fire Department and Rockford branch of the Mercer County EMS.
A luncheon was held in his honor and he received proclamations from State Rep. Angie King and Commissioner Dave Buschur.
Rockford Mayor Ron Searight and Mercer County EMS Director Kara Smith also expressed their gratitude.
