(7-18-25) Johnathan Grove (44) of Columbus was convicted by a Mercer County Common Pleas Court jury of 41 felony charges involving a Fort Recovery girl over a 2 year period, starting in December of 2022 with a charge of Rape in Ft. Recovery. He was originally booked into custody on January 4th, 2024.
The charges include first degree felony rape and charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance, importuning, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
Grove will be sentenced at a later date, until that time he will be held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
