(7-17-25) Todd Wicker (48) of Celina was booked on a 4th degree misdemeanor, offensive gesture or noise by Celina Police.

Wicker is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $500 (10%) bail and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
