(7-16-25) The Celina Police Department is pleased to announce the swearing in of Matthew Kremer as a patrolman with the City of Celina.

Patrolman Kremer was sworn in this week by Mayor Jeff Hazel.

Kremer is a recent graduate of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy Basic Class 152 and comes to Celina after previously working in the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office jail for several years. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in 2015 and is also a veteran of the United States Army.
