(7-15-25) This past weekend Clifford Ray Chandler (37) of Celina was arrested on three misdemeanor charges.
He was released after he was booked and posted bail. At the Celina Municpal Court hearing on July 14th he plead not guilty to all charges. His pre-trial hearing is set for 7-30-25 at 2:15pm

- 4th degree misdemeanor failure to disclose personal information
- 2nd degree misdemeanor resisting arrest
- 2nd degree misdemeanor obstructing official business
In Ohio, failure to disclose personal information to law enforcement upon request can be charged as a fourth-degree misdemeanor. This offense occurs when a person, in a public place, refuses to provide their name, address, or date of birth when a law enforcement officer reasonably suspects they are committing, have committed, or are about to commit a criminal offense, or witnessed certain felonies
