(7-12-25) Allen Black (38) was booked by the Celina Police Department on a 4th degree Misdemeanor Disorderly conduct, fighting, threatening and minor misdemeanor intoxicated create risk of harm.
He has been released and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
