LIMA (7-4-25) At least 30 shots were fired from an automatic or modified semi-automatic handgun shortly after 1 a.m. Friday in the parking lot of Bite and Buzz Barr, 701 S. Main St., Lima. No one was believed to be shot in the incident, according the Lima Police Department.

Lima Police officers heard the shots and responded to the area of Kibby and Main streets in Lima. They learned the suspect and victim had already fled the scene, and they reviewed video of the incident and cooperative witnesses to find a possible victim and shooter. Detectives then arrived and discovered a possible motive.

Names had not been released as of 5 p.m. Friday, and the incident remains under investigation.
