(6-29-25) Jessica Hogg (40) of Celina was arrested today by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence.
In the case of domestic violence in Ohio, the crime is a first-degree misdemeanor if someone knowingly causes or attempts to cause physical harm to a family or household member. Domestic violence is also a first-degree misdemeanor if you recklessly cause serious physical harm to a family or household member.
Hogg is being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.
