(6-25-25) Donald Noggler was arrested yesterday by Celina Police on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, intoxicated annoy or alarm.
In Ohio, disorderly conduct while intoxicated, which involves causing annoyance or alarm to others due to intoxication, can be charged as a minor misdemeanor or a fourth-degree misdemeanor, depending on the circumstances. A fourth-degree misdemeanor carries penalties of up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $250. The charge becomes a fourth-degree misdemeanor if the behavior is aggravated, such as continuing the conduct after being warned or if it occurs near a school or emergency facility.
Noggler is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $500 (10%) bond. He is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court Hearing.
