(6-24-25) Nickolas Berlanga (43) of Rockford was arrested yesterday on a 4th degree domestic violence charge and a 1st degree assault charge.

He is being held on a $2,000 (10%) bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing tomorrow at 1pm.
