Miss Ohio 2025, Olivia Fosson won a $10,000 scholarship, sponsored by The Natalie Ruth Plank Memorial Fund
- 1st Runner Up, Caitlin Seifert won a $4,500 Scholarship, sponsored by ArcelorMittal
- 2nd Runner Up, Lucabella LaEace won a $4,000 Scholarship, sponsored by Mansfield Noon Optimists
- 3rd Runner Up, Brittney Putman won a $3,500 Scholarship, sponsored by Mansfield Elks
- 4th Runner Up, Grace Bryant won a $3,000 Scholarship, sponsored by Avita Health System

The Semifinalist Interview award which is a $500 Scholarship, sponsored by Gretchen Hickok is awarded to: Miss Northern Ohio Lucabella LaEace
The Betty and Jim Estep award for Outstanding Classical Performance which is $500 Scholarship, sponsored by Randy and Mary Schroeder is awarded to: Miss Clayland Olivia Fosson
The Paul Herlihy Spirit award which are two $500 scholarships, one is given to a new contestant and one to a returning contestant. This is sponsored by The Paul Herlihy Memorial fund and is awarded to: our returning contestant Miss Ohio River Emily Legenza and new contestant Miss Richland County Kylie Gottman
The Terri Mitchel Memorial award which is a $500 scholarship, sponsored by the Terri Mitchel Memorial Fund is awarded to: Miss Chillicothe Madalynn Anderson
The Cheryl J Oliveri Memorial award which is a $500 scholarship, sponsored by the Cheryl J Oliveri Memorial Fund is awarded to: Miss Franklin County Reagan Petersen
The Caroline Grace Williams Spirit award which is a $250 Scholarship, sponsored by Caroline Grace Williams and Family is awarded to: Miss Greater Columbus Olivia Jarrell
The six semi-finalists all will receive a $1,000 scholarship, sponsored by Gretchen Hickok, Lexington Elks, The Ontario Center and Zara Construction.
The Laurel Lee Schaefer Award which is a $500 scholarship, sponsored by the Laurel Lee Schafer-Bozoukoff award is awarded to: Miss Heart of Ohio Lexie Miller

The non-finalist Talent award which is a $500 scholarship given to two contestants, sponsored by Gretchen Hickok is awarded to: Miss Cardinal State Makenzie Regedanz and Miss Heart of Ohio Lexie Miller
The non-semifinalist interview award which is a $500 scholarship, sponsored by Zara Construction is awarded to: Miss Columbia Homecoming Aliah Williamson
