(6-12-25)  Tyler Gorby (33) of St Marys has been charged with a 1st degree misdemeanor of sexual imposition. The incident happened at Lakeshore Park in Celina on May 30th.

Gorby is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center on $2,000 (10%) bond.

He is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.

In Ohio, the crime of “Sexual Imposition” is a misdemeanor. It is a misdemeanor of the third degree.  Unless the offender has a prior sex conviction, in which case it is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
