(6-9-25) Steven Howell (62) of Portland was arrested today by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs.
He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

A conviction for a fifth-degree felony drug possession in Ohio can result in a range of penalties, including:

- Probation: Up to five years of community control (probation).
