(6-1-25) The Celina Police arrested two men, Antonio Chirinos (21) and Victor Osorio (27) on 5th degree felony theft charges.
Both are being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and both are awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court Hearing.


Between $1,000 and $7,500
- As spelled out in O.R.C. 2913.02, a theft becomes a felony when the item or service is worth at least $1,000. The theft of an item or service worth between $1,000 and $7,500 is treated as felony of the fifth degree, which is the lowest level felony.
