Jon Dingledine

(5-29-25) Jon Dingledine, currently the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Mercer Health, will begin his new role as Mercer Health’s Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2025. 

Bob Rose, President of Mercer Health’s Board of Governors, stated in an internal memo to the Mercer Health team-

“On behalf of the CEO Search Committee, we are pleased to announce that, following careful and thoughtful consideration, we have selected Jon Dingledine as our candidate for the role of Chief Executive Officer.  We are confident that Jon’s leadership and commitment to Mercer Health and the community we serve will help guide us into a future marked by continued excellence, collaboration, and compassion. We are committed to ensuring a smooth executive leadership transition.”

Jon has been with Mercer Health since 2013 and, prior to his current role, held the positions of Senior Director of Support Services, and Senior Director of Human Resources and Support Services. Since early 2019, Jon has served as the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity he has been the senior executive overseeing our accounting and revenue cycle departments, as well as Plant Operations, Materials Management, Support Services, Nutrition Services, Information Systems and Human Resources. He has led the successful completion of several facility projects including the Maria Stein Medical Office Building. Jon has also played a key role in our Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) recruitment.

Jon earned his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of St. Francis (2019), Master of Business Administration degree with concentration in Human Resources from Central Michigan University (2016), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from Bowling Green State University (2007).

Jon and his wife Brandi have three children and are lifelong residents of Coldwater.  Jon states-

Earlier this year Lisa Klenke announced her retirement as CEO, effective June 30, 2025.  Lisa has had an accomplished career, serving the last 12 years as CEO at Mercer Health.
