(5-20-25) The Celina Police Department made two drug related arrests.

Ryan Leach (44) was arrested on a 1st degree charge of failure to file crash report and a 4th degree possession charge of drug possession. He is awaiting court hearing in Celina Municipal Court and Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

He is presently at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond.

Cindy Maxwell (43) was arrested on a 4th degree misdemeanor of possessing drug abuse instruments. She was released yesterday to another facility.

80 inmates are currently being housed at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
