(5-14-25) Two Lima women have been charged with assault and endangering children at the Victorum Early Learning Center in Celina.

According to the complaints filed (see below) in Celina Municipal Court by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, Jayne Ruwoldt (53) and Jordan Foust (32) of Lima allegedly committed these offenses on or about May 1st.

Video surveillance reportedly showed both suspects assault the child and setting the victim up against a wall and restraining the victim so they could not leave. The charges are all 1st degree misdemeanors.
