(5-9-25) Adam Rodriguez (34) of Celina was booked yesterday by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on a 5th degree felony of escape.

He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center, with no bond, awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

Rodriguez was convicted, after a plea deal, on escape in 2022 He had been on released supervision at the time. He was convicted in 2018 on an escape charge. He had been denied judicial release several times on both charges.
