(5-8-25) This morning Celina Police arrested Rebecca Rammel (69) of Celina on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs.

She is being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

Locally 76 inmates are being held at the Detention Center.
