(5-8-25) Jason Stein (42) of Celina qas arrested today on 4th degree felony charge of domestic violence.

Stein is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond, awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

In Ohio...Fourth Degree Felony if the offender has one prior domestic violence conviction: punishable by 6 -18 months in prison, and $5,000 in fines. Mandatory minimum prison term of 6 months if the offender knew the victim was pregnant, and minimum prison term of 12 months if the victim’s unborn was harmed.
