(5-1-25) Cody Kulow (18) was arrested yesterday on a 1st degree misdemeanor of theft, without consent.

He is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with a $2,000 (10%) and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.

Presently there are 78 inmates currently house locally.
