(4-30-25) May the Force Be With You: Star Wars Night Kicks Off First Friday Season in Downtown Greenville

Main Street Greenville’s First Friday | Friday, May 2, 2025 | 6–9 PM

Greenville, OH – On Friday, May 2nd from 6 to 9 PM, Main Street Greenville invites the community to help launch the 2025 First Friday season with an evening full of Star Wars-themed fun for all ages.

Highlights of the evening include:

  • Special Appearance by the 501st Legion – Ohio Garrison: Meet iconic Star Wars characters and take photos with members of the renowned costuming organization.
  • Face Painting Station (Welcome Center): Enjoy colorful, themed face painting—fun for kids and adults alike.
  • Costume Contest at Parker’s Imaginarium: Come in costume and have your photo taken for entry into a public Facebook vote. The winner will receive free pizza certificates from Don’s Pizza!
  • Coloring Station (Welcome Center): Take home or color on-site with a variety of Star Wars-themed coloring sheets.
  • Make Your Own Lightsaber Station (Welcome Center): Craft your own lightsaber and earn an official Jedi Certificate.
  • Pauline’s Filipino Corner Food Truck (Fourth Street): Enjoy delicious food from this local favorite while you explore downtown.
