(4-28-25) Two men were arrested today on 5th degree felonies of theft-deception.

The Mercer County Sheriff’s Office booked Michael Melvin (34). He was indicted on this charge on April 24, the incident happened on April 13. A warrant was issued for his arrest on April 25th and he was picked up today.

The Celina Police Department booked Roger Woods (83).

Both are being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center and awaiting hearings in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.

Melvin is being held with no bond, while Woods is being held on $50,000 (10%) bond.
