(4-18-25) Andrea Bowman (53) of Elkhart, Indiana was arrested by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office today on 15 4th degree felony counts of theft by deception and 15 5th degree felony counts of possessing drugs. She is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center without bond.  She is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

She was also arrested in St. Joseph County Indiana by the Mishawaka Police Department yesterday-
