(4-16-25) The United Kingdom’s Supreme Court unanimously ruled on Wednesday that transgender women do not fit the legal definition of a “woman” — which is reserved for those born biologically female.
The impact of the ruling went viral and had a shocking reaction from around the world.

The Supreme Court unanimously allows the appeal. It holds that the terms “man”, “woman” and “sex” in the EA 2010 refer to biological sex. Lord Hodge, Lady Rose and Lady Simler give a joint judgment, with which the other Justices agree.
