(4-13-25) The Celina Police made two arrests today.
Samuel Bibbs (42) was arrested on a 5th degree felony of possession of drugs. He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.

Junior Henry (18) was arrested on a 3rd degree misdemeanor of offenses involving underage minor. He is being held on a $1,000 (10%0 bond and is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court hearing.

This includes ordering, paying for, sharing in the cost of, attempting to purchase, possessing, or consuming beer or intoxicating liquor. The Mercer County Adult Detention Center is presently housing 64 inmates.
