(4-7-25) Jacob Caffee (35) of Willshire was arrested yesterday on a 1st degree misdemeanor of domestic violence.

He is being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.

He is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court Hearing.

Presently there are 63 inmates housed at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
