(4-2-25) On April 2, 2025 at approximately 3:45 p.m. Darke County Deputies along with New Madison Fire, Tri-Village Rescue and MedFlight responded to the 1700 block of Preble County-Butler Township Road for a one-vehicle rollover crash with injury.

Preliminary investigation revealed a grey/black GMC S15, driven by Levi Farmer (16) of New Madison was traveling northbound on Preble County-Butler Township Road and drove off the right side of the roadway. The driver then over-corrected traveling off the left side of the roadway rolling and the driver was partially ejected.

Farmer was flown to Kettering Health Main Campus for his injuries.
