(4-2-25) Timothy Sterrett (66) of Rockford was arraigned this morning on a 1st degree domestic violence charge in Celina Municipal Court. He has another court hearing scheduled on April 4th.

He is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond.
