(3-26-25) Two were booked yesterday by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office, Megan Wyatt (30) was arrested on a 3rd degree felony endangering children, create substantial risk of harm and and a 1st degree misdemeanor of abusing harmful intoxicants.
Dustin Wyatt (40) was arrested on a 1st degree misdemeanor of endangering children, create substantial risk of harm
What to expect from the charges…
When abuse of harmful intoxicants is charged as a first-degree misdemeanor, the penalty upon conviction may include up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

Megan is being held on $200, 000 (10%) bond and Wyatt at $50,000 (10%) bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
Megan is awaiting a court hearing at the Mercer County Common Pleas Court, while Dustin is awaiting a Celina Municipal Court Hearing.
