(3-23-25) Two Rockford residents, Elisha Kuhn (42) and Benjamin Bevington (38), were booked by the Celina Police Department on 5th degree felony charges of possession of drugs.

Both are being held with no bond at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.
