(3-23-25) Two area men were booked on separate sexual related charges this weekend.
Kevin Fullenkamp (64) of St. Henry was booked on a 3rd degree felony of soliciting and a 2nd degree felony of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
He is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court Hearing.

Alos Balos (38) of Celina was booked on a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge of public indecency (appearance to be sex act).
If a person engages in sexual conduct or masturbation, Public Indecency is generally a misdemeanor of the third degree, which is punishable by a term of imprisonment of up to 60 days and/or a fine of up to $500.
He has a Celina Municipal Court hearing on March 24th.
