(3-19-25) Joyce Westfall (52) was booked by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office on 3 counts of theft and one felony count of forgery.

She is being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond and awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court appearance.

Westfall was booked in Franklin County on soliciting charges on March 7th… she was placed on hold for Mercer County at that time.
