CELINA, OHIO – (3-19-25) A celebration was held for Jordi Stefano on March 12, honoring her 25 years of service to the Celina community. The Monfort Vorhees Family McDonalds recognized Stefano for her dedication serving the local community and leading crew members at the Celina McDonald’s located at 101 Grand Lake Road.

In 2010, Stefano won the Ray Kroc Award, whichcelebrates the achievements of the top one percent of McDonald’s Restaurant managers worldwide. The award recognizes those who lead by example through their actions and behaviors, and achieve superior business results.
Stefano began her career as a crew member and worked her way up to general manager at the Celina location. In recent years, she stepped back from the role of GM, but continues at the restaurant’s first assistant manager.

Not only has become a part of our family, but Jordi has been a leader and mentor to the many crew members who have worked with her over the past 25 years.”
During the celebration with coworkers and family, Vorhees presented Stefano with a plaque in recognition for her years of service with the Monfort Vorhees Family McDonald’s.
