(3-19-25) On 3-18-25 at about 3:58PM Celina Police Department was dispatched to an injury crash on SR29 at Staeger Rd. The preliminary investigation indicated that a 2015 GMC SUV driven by Arnold Heitkamp (86) of New Bremen who was northbound on Staeger Rd. attempting to cross SR29. As he did…a westbound 2024 Kia driven Pamela Wright (61) of Sandusky collided with the Heitkamp vehicle.

Both were transported to area hospitals. Heitkamp’s injuries appear to have been serious and life threatening.

The crash remains under investigation. No further information are available at this time.
