(3-14-25) According to an affidavit provided by the Adams County Prosecutor’s Office, Christopher Ray Stevens, 39, of Geneva, was arrested Wednesday, March 12, at 5:02 p.m. by the Berne Police Department for on a level one felony charge of child molesting and one level four of child molesting.
He is being held in the Adams County Detention Center.
His initial in Adams Circuit Court is scheduled for 03/17/2025 08:45 AM.
