(3-11-25) William Green (26) of St. Marys or Marion, Indiana (both listed in court documents) faces misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, unlawful restraint, menacing and criminal mischief in connection with an incident that occurred on March 3rd in Coldwater.
He is due so be arraigned this week on March 14th at 9am.
He was booked yesterday…but according to documents he is not being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center.
