(3-11-25) Rodney Schloss (38) of Sidney was indicted by the Mercer County Grand Jury on a 5th degree felony theft charge and a first degree misdemeanor theft charge.

Schloss allegedly stole from a local merchant. The first incident was a theft of over $1,945.29, the second incident involved $629.23 dollars. The tefts took place on January 18th and 20th.

Schloss is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center without bond pending an appearance in the Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
