(3-9-25) Two Celina residents…Elizabeth Barnes (26) and Richard Anderson (62) were booked yesterday on 1st degree misdemeanor domestic violence charges, Kelly Wenning (47) of Coldwater was booked on the same charge.

All three are being held with no bond in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center, they are all scheduled to appear in Celina Municipal Court tomorrow at 10:30am.
