Fanning Howey Elevates Pam Wehrkamp to Chief Financial Officer

Celina, Ohio, March 6, 2025 – Fanning Howey, a nationally-recognized architecture, interiors, and engineering firm specializing in learning environments, is pleased to announce the promotion of Pam Wehrkamp to Chief Financial Officer.

Wehrkamp has been a vital member of the Fanning Howey team since 1996, spending the past 29 years as part of the firm’s Accounting department. Most recently serving as the firm’s Controller, she has played an instrumental role in ensuring fiscal responsibility and guiding financial strategy. In her new role as CFO, Pam will continue to provide the leadership and financial oversight necessary to sustain the firm’s long-term growth and success.

Wehrkamp graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Business Administration. As part of her dedication to continuous improvement, she is an active participant in learning communities provided by PSMJ and Deltek, two of the leading consulting firms in the A/E/C industry.

Wehrkamp lives in Coldwater, Ohio, with her husband and four children.

Fanning Howey Hires 2 in Celina Office

Stoner and Cornell

Celina, Ohio, March 6, 2025 – Fanning Howey, a nationally-recognized architecture, interiors, and engineering firm specializing in learning environments, is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members in its Celina, Ohio, office.

Jodie Cornell has joined Fanning Howey as the firm’s new Human Resources Manager. With a strong background in HR leadership and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, Cornell will play a key role in talent development, employee engagement and strategic HR initiatives. She has 25 years of experience with HR leadership in a variety of industries. Cornell graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Franklin University.

Mariah Stoner has joined Fanning Howey as an Accountant. Stoner uses her strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the firm’s financial operations run smoothly. She graduated with an associate degree in Business & Accounting from Edison State Community College.
