(3-2-25) Celina Police today arrested Elaine Sutton (55) on a 5th degree felony charge of possession of drugs, obtain, possess or use.

A felony 5 drug possession charge in Ohio carries a punishment of six to 12 months in jail and up to a $2,500 fine.

Sutton is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Center with no bond…she is awaiting a Mercer County Common Pleas Court hearing.
